Water/Sewer Maintenance Employee
The City of Ray City is accepting applications for a Water/Sewer Employee
Duties Include:
 Installing, repairing, and maintaining water and sewer lines
 Reading water meters
 Locating underground utility lines
 Operating equipment and tools used in utility maintenance
 Responding to water and sewer emergencies, including after-hours callouts
 Performing general maintenance and labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or GED preferred
 Valid Georgia driver’s license required
 Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions
 Experience in water/sewer maintenance is preferred but not required
 Must be dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
